In this non-typical Zinc acquisition, we purchased a magnificent 19 century built property in a poor state and developed it into high end residential apartments meeting the highest levels of quality in Amsterdam.
Located in the international zone of The Hague, in immediate proximity to the Catshuis (official prime minister residence), the transformation of this national monument building took place during 2015-2016. Originally used as an office building and home for a governmental organization, was redeveloped into 33 high end apartments ranging from 75 sqm. up to 220 sqm. penthouses all sold out before the end of the construction phase.
